My youngest daughter and I are wanting to share with you our favorite Bible verses we have committed to memory and also have gotten us through very trying days and nights.
Each Monday we hope to post one verse that has really touched our souls.
Today’s new verse: Nahum 1: 7 The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble and He knoweth them that trust in Him.
My little girl is a great teacher! It’s hilarious how she helps my wonky brain memorize these verses. She makes me start all over again if I mess up an article like “an” or “the”. Haha, she knows the importance of getting scripture right and I greatly appreciate her help!
The word of God is living and powerful!! When we treasure and store up His word in our hearts and minds we are better equipped to fight whatever battles come at us, and win.
